PALETTE RETURN POLICY
• All products shipped on pallets have a cost per unit and additionally will be charged to your order at the time of shipping your order.
• We as a company do not buy empty pallets from any customer, we will only receive the exact amount that we ourselves have dispatched.
• When the empty pallet is returned it must be in good condition, it must match the measurements and dispatched mark that match your order.
• Upon receipt of the pallets, the re-entry cost of this will be added as credit in your contractor account that you have with us and can be applied as payment for any open order.
• WE DO NOT RETURN THE COST OF THE PALETTE IN CASH, it can only be applied as credit to your contractor account that you have with us, if you do not have a contractor account with us you will not be able to enjoy this benefit.
