BLADE THICKER WET

The THICKER PREMIUM range of diamond blades has been designed for cutting porcelain tiles with a thickness of 0.78″ inches (20 mm).

Being a segmented blade with a narrow notch and wet cutting, RUBI’s THICKER PREMIUM blades can work with thicknesses of up to 1.37″ inches (35 mm) and materials as varied as natural stone or sintered stone.


Unlike other blades, the RUBI THICKER PREMIUM blades feature a special alloy that, together with the aforementioned narrow notch design, ensures an extra-long life, preventing diamond crystallization when working with such large thicknesses and offers a high cutting speed.

The diamond band is formed by sintering and is joined to the steel core by laser welding, the most resistant on the market.

All the discs in the RUBI THICKER PREMIUM range are suitable for use on cutting tables and cutting machines that incorporate a protection system in accordance with the standard for the use of segmented discs.

Taking into account the peculiarities of each type of disc (continuous, turbo, etc.) and the materials for which it has been designed, RUBI offers professionals various qualities of discs: PRO and PREMIUM.

PRO discs offer the professional user the best relation between performance and price.

PREMIUM discs are the most specialized option. Always offering the best results.
